All sales are final.

Since Boost-Like.Store provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once an order is placed and the product is delivered. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms understanding and agreement with these terms.

Considering the nature of our digital goods marketplace, in exceptional cases we issue refunds only to the customer’s store account balance. Funds credited to the balance can be used for future purchases at any time.


✅ Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases:

  1. Non-delivery of service due to our error
     - If we are unable to deliver the product, and the failure is clearly on our side, we may issue a refund to your account balance only or offer a replacement service of equal value.
  2. Delayed delivery
     - If the order is in progress for more than 5 days, we may offer to replace the service with another available one.
  3. Product not as described
     - For SMM services, backlinks, and similar digital items:
      • You must report the issue within 24 hours after delivery.
    – For digital items & accounts:
      • You must report the issue within 30 minutes after delivery.
     - Clear proof must be provided.
     - Complaints based on personal dissatisfaction or unrealistic expectations will not be accepted.

📩 How to request help

  • All refund-related issues must be submitted in writing to our support team.
  • Claims submitted after the stated timeframes will not be reviewed.
  • If delays were clearly communicated before ordering (e.g. on the product page), such orders are made at your own risk and are non-refundable.

💡 Refunds, if approved, are credited to your Boost-Like account balance only.

No cash or card refunds are issued under any circumstance.
