1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Buyer,” or “Seller”) and Boost Like (“Boost Like,” “Platform,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Boost Like website (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Boost Like reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
2. Platform Role
Boost Like operates solely as a technology platform that provides a marketplace infrastructure connecting independent sellers and buyers of digital goods and services.
Boost Like:
- does not create, own, control, or verify the digital goods listed;
- is not a party to transactions between Buyers and Sellers;
- does not transfer ownership of third‑party platforms or services;
- does not guarantee the legality, authenticity, or continued availability of any listing.
All transactions occur directly between Users. The Platform provides only technical infrastructure to facilitate listings and payments.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy and legality of their listings;
- ensuring they have the right to list, transfer, or provide the digital goods offered;
- complying with all applicable laws and third‑party platform terms of service;
- resolving disputes related to their listings.
Sellers represent and warrant that their listings do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Boost Like reserves the right to remove listings at its sole discretion if they are suspected of violating laws, third‑party rights, or these Terms.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers acknowledge and agree that:
- digital goods may be subject to third‑party platform restrictions;
- third‑party platforms may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or services at their discretion;
- purchases are made at the Buyer’s own risk.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their use of any purchased digital goods complies with applicable laws and relevant platform rules.
All transactions occur directly between Users. Boost Like does not assume ownership of any digital assets at any time.
5. Digital Goods Disclaimer
Digital goods offered on the Platform may involve access to or interaction with third‑party services.
Boost Like:
- does not guarantee uninterrupted access;
- does not guarantee long‑term availability;
- does not guarantee compatibility with third‑party platforms;
- does not control decisions made by third‑party service providers.
Users assume all risks associated with digital transactions.
6. No Affiliation
Boost Like is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third‑party platforms referenced on the website.
All trademarks, service marks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
User Content and Reporting
Boost Like does not actively monitor all listings but reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
If you believe that any listing infringes your rights or violates applicable regulations, you may report it through the Platform’s contact or abuse reporting channels. We review such reports in good faith.
7. Payments and Fees
All prices are determined by Sellers.
Boost Like may charge service fees for facilitating transactions.
Due to the digital nature of marketplace transactions:
- If the Seller fails to fulfill the order within the specified timeframe (generally exceeding five (5) days), the Marketplace may, in exceptional cases and at its sole discretion, intervene and issue a refund to the Buyer’s account balance;
- in exceptional cases, Boost Like may credit funds to the Buyer’s platform account balance. Funds credited to the balance may be used for future purchases on the Platform. Refunds in cash or to a card are not possible. The refund policy is described on the Refunds page.
Boost Like may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refund outcomes.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases:
Non-delivery of service
- If the product has not been delivered and the fault clearly lies with the seller, we can only refund the amount to your account balance or offer a replacement service of equal value.
Delivery delay
- If the order has been in progress for more than 5 days, we may offer to replace the service with another available service.
Product does not match the description
- For SMM services, backlinks, and similar digital goods:
• You must report the problem within 24 hours of delivery.
– For digital goods:
• You must report the issue within 30 minutes of delivery.
- Clear evidence of the issue must be provided; screenshots are required.
- Complaints based on personal dissatisfaction or unrealistic expectations will not be accepted.
8. Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Boost Like reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Platform pending investigation.
Users agree to cooperate in good faith during any dispute process.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the Platform for:
- fraud;
- impersonation;
- unauthorized access activities;
- spam or abusive conduct;
- violations of applicable law;
- infringement of intellectual property rights.
Boost Like reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform design elements, software, logos, and content created by Boost Like are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without authorization.
User‑generated content remains the responsibility of the User who posted it.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Like shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- loss of profits or data;
- actions taken by third‑party platforms;
- disputes between Users.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Lawful Use Statement
The products and services listed on the Platform may be used for various legitimate purposes, including but not limited to:
- digital marketing and brand promotion;
- social media management and advertising;
- business development and market research;
- educational and testing purposes;
- other lawful commercial or personal activities.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules in their jurisdiction.
13. No Encouragement of Misuse
Boost Like does not encourage, support, or endorse unlawful activity, unauthorized access, impersonation, or abuse of third-party platforms.
Any listings or activities suspected of misuse may be removed without notice.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost Like from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:
- their use of the Platform;
- their listings or purchases;
- violations of this Agreement;
- violations of third‑party rights.
15. Termination
Boost Like may suspend or terminate User accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.
Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Users and Boost Like regarding use of the Platform.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall be resolved through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
